Welcome! We are pleased that you want to become a part of
our shop. Here’s how it works:
When you bring your items in, we will select what our
customers will buy. Sometimes there will be items we cannot
sell (No Thank Yous). Please understand that our customer’s
preferences must be our selection guidelines. No
Thank You items are kept in the store for at most 7 days.
You must return within 7 days to retrieve any “No Thank Yous”
or these items will become the property of Twice Upon A Time.
There will be NO REMINDER CALLS OR EMAILS. It is the
consignor’s responsibility to monitor their account.
You will be able to view your account activity 24 hours a
day/7 days a week at
http://www.MyResaleWeb.com.
We base prices on supply and demand. We will get the best
possible prices for you. A small buyer’s fee will be added
to the price of all items. This fee is paid by the buyer,
not by you the consignor. This fee helps to offset the
costs of the online computer system, tags, hangers, and
other costs associated with selling your items.
You are paid for your items after they sell and your split
percentage depends on the form of payment you select. When
paid by check, you will receive 45% of the selling price.
When paid in the form of store credit, you will receive 50%
of the selling price. The selling price will be reduced
after 30 days, 45 days, and 50 days. We also reserve the
right to mark prices down at our discretion without prior
notice to the consignor.
If you wish to be paid by check, there is a $1.00 processing
fee. Checks are printed on the 15th of each
month and must be at least $10. Checks must be requested in
advance because they are not automatically printed.
We will display your items for 60 days. If you wish to
terminate your consignment early, there will be a $5 fee.
At the end of your consignment period, you must make an
appointment to pull any unsold items yourself. Any items
not requested before the 3rd business day after
the end of the consignment period will become the property
of Twice Upon A Time Upscale Consignment Boutique, LLC (NO
EXCEPTIONS).
We will do our best to safeguard your items, but we are not
responsible for damage or loss. We look forward to a long
and mutually profitable association with you. After all, we
couldn’t do it without you, our partner in consigning!
